**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support the Finance department and internal stakeholders with general accounting duties and system support. This role plays a key administrative and support function within the broader Finance team, ensuring smooth financial operations and office management.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Coordinate with other financial team members in month end process to ensure accurate CWIP, and delivery dockets are recorded.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure reporting deadlines are met and transactions are recorded accurately in compliance with accounting standards.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders, particularly those with significant financial accountability within the business.
- Manage tender register and CRM system (Pipedrive) and provide detailed analysis such as margin analysis, win/loss rate and market trending.
- Prepare reports from various sources and communicate the insights of these reports to the wider business.
- Work closely with divisional managers to ensure accurate performance reporting and optimal performance outcomes are achieved.
- Ensure that internal business processes and controls are maintained with consistency and compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensure monthly analysis and reporting are completed within stipulated time frames.
- Assist with budget preparation for revenue, labour cost, recovery, EBITDA etc.
- Assist with financial model development and system implementation.
- Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendation for process improvement.
- Support the development of new and ongoing processes as the business continues to grow in coverage.

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who can manage multiple responsibilities and contribute to the efficient operation of the Finance function.
- To be successful in this role, you will have:_
- A degree in accounting or a related field.
- Experience in a finance role, preferably in a manufacturing or processing environment.
- Prior experience in accounts receivable and debtor management (essential).
- Ability to lead an administrative team.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A friendly, proactive, and professional approach.
