**About the role**

Challenger is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and results-driven **part-time Facility Cleaner** to join our team for a **short-term contract**. This is a **4-week fill-in role**, available due to a temporary need on-site, with work concluding on **Friday, 28 June 2025.**

This opportunity is ideal for someone looking for casual or short-term work, who takes pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.

**Key Responsibilities & Requirements**
- A current National Police Check (required)
- Be available to work shifts across a 7-day roster
- Ensure the cleanliness of all designated areas, including restrooms, kitchens, workspaces, and common areas
- Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Use our proven cleaning methods to ensure facilities look their best
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Be enthusiastic with an eye for detail
- Have proven experience cleaning public areas
- Have reliable own transport
- Have proven experience operating cleaning equipment
- Have a good understanding of the safety elements associated with the job
- Have a good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling
- Sound communication skills
- This position is available for an immediate start
