Our acquisition company, Central Security Distribution (CSD) have an outstanding career opportunity for a highly motivated team player as a Warehouse Associate for our Balcatta branch. In this role you will report directly to the Operations Manager of WA.

**About the job**

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager - WA and Regional Operations Manager you will be responsible for
- Picking, packaging and dispatching orders
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Offloading and loading pallets
- Counting and checking stock to ensure quality control and solving stock discrepancies
- Ensure safe warehouse operations, especially regarding forklift use
- Liaise with couriers related to orders and deliveries
- General maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse
- Customer contact for orders and ETAs

- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service
- Full driver’s licence
- Current Forklift licence is essential
- Problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Intermediate PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Physical capabilities to lift and move heavy boxes
- Previous experience in a similar role or electronic retail industry is beneficial
