**About the role**

We have multiple opportunities available for experienced and self-motivated Software Trainer to join our Customer Service team on a full-time basis.

Based in our office in Ringwood, we believe in empowering and inspiring our clients and it's our training and support approach that sets us apart from our competitors.

This is a rewarding role that will see you develop professional relationships with a portfolio of customers, as you coach and assist multiple businesses in improving their efficiency, processes, and workflows through AroFlo.

**During a typical day, you will**:

- Deliver high quality product training. No two sessions are the same
- Take ownership of challenges and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Build long lasting professional relationships with a portfolio of customers.
- Have the satisfaction of engaging with and supporting your customers to ensure they have the necessary resources to successfully onboard in the AroFlo product.
- Will love interacting with people and thrive off helping others.
- Is IT/ computer savvy.
- Has a passion for imparting knowledge onto others.
- Ideally, has previous training experience, or has a passion for moving into this career path.
- Has an interest in trade and field based industries.
- Is passionate about sustaining a work life balance, working close to home and being a part of a collaborative and supportive team.
