We seek a motivated and organised individual to join our team as an NDIS/Aged Care Scheduling and Liaison Officer.
As an NDIS/Aged Care Scheduling and Liaison Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care. Your primary responsibilities will include rostering and scheduling support workers into shifts and acting as the liaison for onboarding new NDIS and aged care clients. You will meet our client's diverse needs and support and build and maintain strong relationships with them.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage the rostering and scheduling of support workers to ensure all shifts are covered efficiently.
- Onboard new NDIS and aged care clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, and their needs are assessed and met.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, support workers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and respond to client and support worker queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records and update client information as required.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Minimum Cert 3/4 in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services.
- Proven experience in scheduling and rostering within the NDIS or aged care sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $82,940.87 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 32 per week
