**THE ROLE**

Matific seeks an experienced web team manager to play a vital role in Matific’s product development process.

We are looking for a hands-on leader with a start-up attitude.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide technical decisions, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure successful project delivery and adherence to best practices in web development.
- This role involves leading technical tasks and working closely with senior management to align web development initiatives with the company's strategic goals.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years of web development experience
- A minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Server-side experience - Python
- Experienced with ORM FrameWork
- Django(preferred) or Flask
- Client-side experience - Angular(preferred) or React/Vue
- Experience with SQL and mainstream relational database engines, such as Postgresql (preferred)
- CS degree with top grades and/or top abilities
- Team player with a 'Can Do' attitude
- Experience with cloud technologies, AWS - advantage
- Good to know
- CI/CD tools development, especially GitHub Actions
- Able to participate in product sessions and deliver technical
