Hiring for a full-time position for a dual role Service Coordinator and Support Coordinator.

This role will be within a local Mental health and Disability organisation.

We are looking for someone who displays great communication skills and excellent computer literacy.

Service Coordinator involves management of our team of support staff and being the point of call for our participants and stakeholders.

Support Coordinator for a small but growing caseload of 5-10 participants assisting them in linking into supports, managing budgets and supporting them to understand their NDIS plans.

Relevant qualifications and experience within NDIS, Community services and mental health is highly desirable.

Pay is dependent on experience and is negotiable.

**Salary**: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Community Services: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
