In this role, with the support of the Community Access Manager you will support a team of Disability Support Staff and work collaboratively the schools, children and parents and or primary careers to foster positive relationships in the community and **create meaningful and engaging experiences** to support children’s learning, achievement, engagement and wellbeing?

**This is a flexible part-time role.**After School Care: 10:30am - 6:30pm, S**chool Holiday Vacation Care: 9:00am - 5:00pm,**Includes weekly additional administrative time.**:
**About you**:
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced coordinator to support in the development and lead our OSHC Services.

To be successful in this role you'll share Yooralla’s values and have:

- Bachelor’s Degree is highly desirable.
- Experience in the Early Childhood, Education, or School Aged Care or disability sector
- Strong ability to develop high-level strategies for OSHC programs, while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships across multiple sites.
- Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence, with a proactive “can do” attitude and willingness to engage in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Committed to empower children and young people to reach their goals and uphold quality and safeguards.
- Ability to provide positive mentoring to towards team members
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificate.
