About the Role

An exciting entry level role for students or recent graduates. This will provide you with extensive on-the-job training, guided learning plans and leadership mentoring. You will experience the finance operations, commercial and finance controls to become a well-rounded professional in the future. Reporting into the Financial Controller and indirectly to the Accountant, you will gain mentoring and support and exposure to a wide range of projects and areas.

This would suit an accounting, finance, economics, or related discipline graduate.

You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of accounting tasks including but not limited to:
Month end close process across multiple entities by preparing journals and reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts.
Assist in the preparation of monthly management packs.
Support in Accounts Receivable team - claim & promotional management.
Contribute to the preparation of budget and forecast.
Exposure to our internal audit process and liaise with our big 4 auditor.
Other ad hoc accounting tasks and training.
Support the continuous improvement process by documenting policies and procedures.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Completed or near completion of Bachelor of Accounting or Commerce.
High achievers in social or academic fields.
Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
A team player with positive attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
