**The Opportunity**

As an OCM Consultant, within ISG’s Enterprise Change practice you will have the opportunity to be part of a team on a large and complex client Program. Your focus will be supporting our client as they undergo a major business transformation, helping them manage the risk associated with the crucial “people side” of change.

You will participate in the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies and initiatives to achieve project outcomes and support client organizational objectives.

Applicants who are considered for the Public Sector must be Australian citizens to qualify for an Australian Commonwealth security clearance.

**The Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide broad scope Organizational Change Management support in complex IT sourcing and transformational initiatives
- Integrates behavioural change management techniques, methodologies, and tools into the project lifecycle
- Help drive OCM inclusion and delivery within the initiative, contributing to the design, production, and delivery of items including but not limited to, Stakeholder Analysis & Engagement, Change Strategy/Plan, Communication Plan/Products, Change Impact Analysis, Gap Analysis, Training Plan, Production, Presentation, and Strategy/Tools to sustain the change
- Contributing to stakeholder engagement and communication material
- Work as a team member with other OCM support professionals
- Work in a collaborative development environment
- Working with the Business and Service Providers to deliver on the Stakeholder Engagement plan, execute organisational alignment changes, and introduce new ways of working

**About You**
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to articulate
- Minimum 4+ years of OCM related experience,
- ACMP/PROSCI training/certification or equivalent preferred

**Your Education**
- A relevant undergraduate degree, with a keen interest on post-graduate learning and development

**Location**
- Hybrid (working remotely/on site) - Melbourne based
