**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**_ What You Can Expect Day-to-Day_**

While no one day is the same, the core activities for this role include:

- Drafting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
- Collecting and organizing evidence and legal documents for our solicitors to review
- Communicating with witnesses and clients to schedule interviews, depositions and meetings
- Organizing and maintaining documents in filing systems, both paper and electronic
- Contribute to team environment through collaboration, innovative approaches to sharing of ideas and experience
- Ad hoc legal administrative tasks

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Minimum Required**:

- Currently studying law or recent graduate
- Full-time or if part time will need to be three consecutive work days between Monday - Friday.
- Able to uphold and maintain professional ethics when managing cases and dealing with clients/ customers
- Ability to take ownership of your work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Can think creatively to achieve tasks and meet targets
- Strong legal understanding and willingness to learn Speak Chinese, Vietnamese or Arabic is advantageous but not essential.
