**Part-Time Accounts & Administration**

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process bank reconciliations and financial transactions within Xero.
- Maintain financial records and ensure data accuracy across multiple real estate offices.
- Assist with trust accounting functions as required.
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager and Corporate Team to streamline financial processes.
- Handle general financial administration and respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders.

**Key Selection Criteria**

**Essential**:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Xero and strong knowledge of financial systems.
- Understanding of real estate trust accounting (or willingness to learn).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Australian tax laws, GST, and BAS requirements.

**Desirable**:

- Experience working within a franchise or multi-office business structure.
- Exposure to property management accounting processes.
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related field.

**Work Arrangements**
- Part-time position.
- Position is based in Berwick
