**About this position**

Support the delivery of Leisure World services while maintaining high standards in public relations and customer care.

Your role includes:

- Supervising the pool to ensure a safe aquatic environment
- Identifying and reducing risks
- Acting as a positive role model
- Providing lifesaving assistance and first aid
- Delivering excellent customer service

Make a difference in a vibrant, community-focused setting.

**What we are looking for**
- Demonstrated experience working as a lifeguard in a centre-based facility
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of people
- Availability to work weekend, early morning, and evening shifts, as required

**Essential requirements**
- Working with Children Check card
- Provide First Aid qualification
- CPR qualification
- Pool Lifeguard certificate
