The role reports directly to the Property Area manager and involves supporting our team to ensure the Housing Site is managed efficiently whilst providing an excellent customer relation and positive outcome for tenants. This position would suit someone would like a permanent and regular role working in a relaxed and supportive working environment.
**About you**:
The Maintenance Supervisor role is a hands-on diverse role that requires a proactive approach to the maintenance and general upkeep of the buildings and grounds as well as liaising with contractors, tradespersons and suppliers as required.
