Cocoon SDA Care provides support staff to NDIS-registered providers. Our houses offer our participants a place they can call home, whilst encouraging independence and lifestyle choices that suit their individual needs. **The role**:

- We are seeking Casual Disability Support Workers who have experience in supporting participants with high complex needs.
- You will work in Supported Disability Accommodation to support those with medical needs and manual handling requirement to live in an environment that maximises personal growth and independence.

- Experience in supporting individual with complex behaviours.
- Experience in Forensic Disability, the ability to support individual who requires specialist support and adaptive intervention.
- Ability to follow through Individual Support Plans and knowledge of the BSP
- Experience in AOD background, including Mental Health
Ability to work in a team dynamic, team player.
**Mandatory requirement**
- Certificate III in Disability, or Individual Support or equivalent
- First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.
- Current Driver’s License (mandatory).
**Please note that the successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS Worker Screening check and a Working with Children Check.**
