**Job Description**:
**Foster Engagement and Productivity**

As a Corporate Concierge you will be part of our front of house team, and will be responsible for delivering exceptional personalised customer service, enhancing the experience of our corporate clients and their visitors.

Our role offers rotating shifts, Monday to Friday 38hrs per week, shifts from 7.30-4.00pm and from 9.30 to 6.00pm. You will be working with Sodexo's team at one of our Multinational Professional Services clients in Sydney's CBD.

**About You**

You thrive in a front-of-house environment, with your attentive approach and understanding of the importance of service excellence. You will** **enjoy a fast paced, busy environment and will understand the difference a smile and some helpful advice can make to a visitor's day.

You will have an extremely high attention to detail, a professional approach, and a proven history in providing a warm an embracing guest service within a corporate environment that requires adherence to regulations and site safety standards.

**Requirements**:
Our Concierge attendants are team players, they have a can-do attitude are flexible to follow various work instructions and always remain focused on safety and service delivery.
- Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check
