**The Role - Permanent/Full Time**
**Must have 2-3 Years of relevant Experience**
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of all equipment.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage and maintain an efficient inventory of spare parts and equipment.
- Schedule and coordinate routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Analyze equipment performance data and historical records to optimize maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to prioritize and assign tasks, ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular assessments of equipment condition and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Generate reports on maintenance activities, including performance metrics, resource utilization, and compliance with safety standards.
Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in maintenance planning to continuously improve processes and procedures
