As a Leader at RASHAYS, you will join us in our mission to give the best casual dining experience by always providing outstanding food, service, cleanliness and value, so that every guest in every restaurant has a reason to return.

**Positions Available**
- Restaurant Manager
- Assistant Manager
- Kitchen Manager
- Shift Supervisors

**Key Duties include**:

- Overseeing day to day operations
- Supervising back of house and/or front of house staff and processes
- Ensuring our staff are working with the customer as a priority
- Responsibility for your part in total guest satisfaction
- Overseeing and coordinating the training and development of the team
- Ensuring the restaurant is running in line with KPIs; financially (profitability), marketing, sales etc.
- Ensure labour costs are efficient
- Ensures the operations are always consistent with appropriate and fair business practices
- Assisting in the recruitment process
- Fostering a positive team environment
- Ensure a safe, clean and tidy work area is maintained
- Have experience as a food & beverage leader in either/or both FOH & BOH operations
- Be a true people leader with a positive attitude
- Ensure the smooth running of the day to day operation
- Be hard-working, energetic and organised
- Have motivation and be quality and customer service focused
- Be able to handle supervising busy times while remaining level headed
- Be an excellent communicator
- Have the ability to lead by example and work in a team
- Have experience in a busy cafe/restaurant environment
- Be flexible, with availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is advantageous
