As a Seafood Processor, you will be responsible for all aspects of prawn and fish processing, including cleaning, filleting, packing and dispatch. You'll be required to undertake a range of duties to ensure that products meet quality specifications and are packed ready for their destined market.

Proactive and flexible you will be required to work Monday to Friday, approximately 35-40 hours/week, with the occasional Saturday in peak demand seasons. The usual shift time is 6am-2pm.

Dedicated to a culture of safety for yourself and your team at all times, your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Grading seafood for a range of markets
- Packing product
- Icing boxes for dispatch
- Wrapping pallets
- Completion of paperwork
- Quality inspections
- Cleaning

**Your Skills & Experience**

Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded along with existing knife skills and knowledge of the aquaculture industry. You will need to be reliable, with a 'can do' attitude and display a commitment to completing your tasks.
