Step into a role where **your expertise as a Behaviour Support Practitioner** really matters. With your Core or Proficient NDIS endorsement, you’ll support a variety of clients with layered needs across clinic, community, and FIFO/DIDO trips.

**Life at Avina**
- **Morning starts your way** - Coffee in hand, wave to the team. You’re working full-time across four days this week - or maybe today’s your monthly ADO (hello, 12 extra days off a year).
- **Sessions that matter** - Clients in clinic, maybe a short community visit. With _5 billable hours daily_, you’ve got space to give your best without being stretched thin.
- **A little variety** - Caseloads stay close to home. Need a pool vehicle? Sorted. Every now and then, you’ll head out on a FIFO/DIDO trip - bringing support to clients with more layered needs.
- **Genuine Autonomy** - Wrap up reports from home, finish admin you actually had time for, and log off on time.
- **Ongoing Learning** - _Supervision_ that feels like mentoring, peer support when you need it, and _two paid CPD days_ each year. Growth isn’t extra here - it’s expected.
