A leading wholesale **fruit and vegetable supplier based in Melbourne’s East** is looking for a reliable team member to join our growing business as a **Picker/Packer and Delivery Driver**.

With decades of combined family experience and long-standing relationships across the hospitality industry, we’ve become one of Victoria’s most trusted produce suppliers.

We operate **six days a week**, delivering fresh produce using our **company-owned refrigerated fleet**. Drivers are responsible for **picking and packing their own orders, loading their truck, and completing deliveries**, ensuring full quality control and customer satisfaction from start to finish.

**Hours**: Early morning starts (between 12am-2am), finishing before lunch
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, with optional Saturdays

**Key Responsibilities**
- Pick, pack, and load produce into delivery vehicles
- Deliver customer orders on designated routes
- Assist with warehouse and stock management tasks when needed

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent driving and customer service skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg
- Positive “can-do” attitude

**Requirements**:

- Valid car licence (auto or manual)
- Own transport to the depot
- ABN (Australian Business Number)
- Prior fruit and vegetable experience valued but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Subcontract

Pay: $69,000.00 - $80,644.00 per year
