Centre Manager

Due to internal growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a **Centre Manager** to join the team at our **Gowrie, Genius **childcare centre.

**Your new centre**:
Our **Gowrie **child care centre has an amazing teams of highly qualified and passionate early childhood teachers and educators that are dedicated to ensuring every child feels safe, nurtured, and inspired throughout their early years' education journey.

We have a terrific outdoor play area for children to explore and a modern and inspired learning environment filled with resources to support the children’s development, the classrooms are like a home away from home.

**Your new role**:

- Be responsible for managing the operations of the centre, ensuring your centre complies with the standards set out by the NQF
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team using the Genius Learning Management System to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our care
- Build strong relationships with families and the community. Manage open days, centre tours and orientation that will help your centre actively attract, convert and retain families.
- Work with your educators to ensure your team is providing a quality program that evolving to meet the highest standards

**What YOU need**:

- Diploma-level or above Early Childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge within the Childcare industry
- Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
- Previous experience with administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training
- Experience managing a budget for and Early Years Education Centre
