Structures foreman job, Mixed Use Development $50M+, Sunshine Coast, $125k - $155k Total Package
**Your new company**
A great opportunity has come to fruition to join a well-known developer builder on the Sunshine Coast, on a luxury unit development. Long-established and a household name in this region, you will be working with a great team who promote a positive work culture, in a desirable location.
**Your new role**
You will be joining them on a mixed-use development, consisting of 2 towers, both 8 floors high with over 100 apartments in total. There will also be terraced homes at the back of the development and retail on the ground floor. This is a very high spec project with decorative pre-cast and cast in-situ, along with multiple structural elements including blockwork, pre-cast columns, walls and awnings. You will ensure the set out and pre-cast detail is accurate, driving the structural subbies to deliver the job correctly first-time round.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered you must have experience as a Structures Foreman, preferably on medium rise unit developments, ideally with projects that are $10M+ with 5 levels or more. If you’re a Foreman ready for the next step-up and/or have worked on other commercial projects, please also apply. I have multiple roles currently for Site Managers and Foreman across other Commercial Projects on the Sunshine Coast.
**What you'll get in return**
Salary will be commensurate with experience while a range between $125k to $155k total package is a good indicator. This is a permanent role, joining a reputable builder, with long term local work.
