Project Officer

**Employment Status**: Fixed term 2 years
**Days & Hours of Work**:Monday - Friday**,** totalling**38 hours per week
**Competitive Salary**:Band 5** -** $80,620.19 **-** $94,064.65 p.a dependent on experience + 11.5% superannuation
**Location**:Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with the flexibility to work from home

**Our Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity exists to make a tangible difference to our beautiful city by ensuring critical building assets are kept in optimal condition.

You will have the chance to work in partnership with a key service provider to get holistic maintenance and renewal outcomes for the community.

You will also collaborate with stakeholders, verify condition data and engage contractors to deliver building renewal programs.

**To be successful in this role**:
You will:

- Have contract management experience in building maintenance and construction or equivalent.
- Be community focussed and driven to get great customer outcomes.
- Have an improvement mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to do things better.
- Be a strong communicator (written and verbal).

**Mandatory pre-employment requirements**:

- Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check.
- Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check.
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
