Ad-Lib’s platform allows brands to automate the build of best practice, data-driven, personalized creative across all digital platforms easily and quickly. We bridge the divide between creative and media in a marketing campaign.

**Who We are Looking For**:
The Enterprise Account Executive - APAC is responsible for developing new business opportunities and closing sales to achieve established annual sales goals for the market. You will work closely and in partnership with Global Sales and the Client Services team to identify and cultivate leads, as well as effectively close business. Your responsibility for developing profitable new sales will extend across APAC and Australia and will require development of client and region specific strategies and solutions and have a focus on meeting and exceeding assigned sales goals.

Effective communication, listening, and strategic selling skills are critical to success. You exhibit high emotional intelligence and professionalism at all times and are a true consultative business partner with your clients. You have a knack for fostering strong business relationships with potential and existing clients.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Identify customer pain points, organizational structure and budgeting process
- Develop solutions to satisfy the needs of different internal stakeholders, creating momentum and excitement across the organization
- Consultatively sell-in the Ad-Lib solutions and services to new clients and negotiate new client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments.
- Understanding an communicating Ad-Lib’s value proposition to different audiences
- Manage RFPs responses and create/lead proposal presentations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior key client contacts (CMOs, procurement leads, programmatic and creative teams) and partners (media and creative agencies, Google and Meta).
- Produce, analyze and communicate sales forecasts and other related reports to key stakeholders in the company, using Hubspot predominantly.
- Assist in the establishment of sales, pricing and marketing strategies.
- Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts through participation in professional/trade events and other professional networking organizations.

**What You Bring To The Table**:

- Existing relationships with decision-makers at advertisers and major agencies across APAC and Australia
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in SaaS, AdTech sales, online publishers, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, DSP, or other advertising sales roles
- Experience establishing long standing, consultative client relationships
- Strong quantitative skills and negotiations ability, able to lead commercial negotiations for large global accounts
- Passion for owning a room, closing deals, and getting wins
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
- Strong track record of closing new business opportunities and engaging with senior stakeholders (CMO, Marketing Director etc.), ideally in the ad-tech industry with a SaaS business model
- Have a great attitude, strong work ethic, be ethical, and punctual.
- Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize and achieve sales objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years experience in SaaS, AdTech sales, online publishers, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, DSP, or other advertising sales roles
- Fluent in English, proficiency in other Asian languages an advantage (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Bahasa)
- Based in either Australia or Singapore
