**WHO WE ARE**

Coastal Stairs is a family owned and operated business established in 1985. With over 30 years’ experience supplying and installing staircases in the Illawarra, South Coast, Sydney, Southern Highlands and Canberra.

**THE ROLE**

Due to recent growth, we have a position available for a QUALIFIED METAL FABRICATOR to join our successful team based in Oak Flats.

The successful applicant must be confident working independently in the factory and onsite.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Your role will include but not be limited to:

- Full time hours Monday-Friday with the flexibility to work weekends and overtime when required
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Fabrication and Installation of steel staircases, stainless steel handrails, and balustrades
- High quality MIG, TIG welding skills
- Skills in general steel and stainless steel and aluminium metal work

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Trade qualification in Fabrication or solid industry experience in steel staircase installation may be considered
- OHS White card
- Hold a current driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills
- Work efficiently unsupervised
- Reliability with a "can do attitude" and strong attention to detail
- Previous experience working across a few different industries would be highly advantageous
