**Salary**: $33.35 - $33.75/ hour base + Casual Loading

Are you interested in supporting your community and helping our senior clients enjoy their lives to the fullest in the comfort of their homes?

**About The Role**:
We are seeking committed and enthusiastic individuals to join the team of **Support Worker/Cleaner for Home Care**, providing compassionate care to our elderly clients as if they were family. This is a casual role which will provide help clients have brighter days by engaging with them and assisting with light domestic duties such as cleaning and cooking. These hours will be flexible between Monday to Friday and may require early starts.
- Cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Assist clients with laundry, meal preparation, and organizing living spaces.
- Support clients with personal care and daily living activities as needed.
- Foster companionship and emotional support to enhance the mental and emotional well-being of our clients.

**Skills and Experience**:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Equivalent
- Experience contributing to the assessment of client goals, interests and needs
- A personal and meaningful approach to engaging with a variety of clients
- Current Australian full Driver’s license and NDIS Clearance
