About the Role
As an Executive Assistant to the Chief Compliance Officer, you’ll play a key role in providing administrative and operational support for one or more executives.
**Role Location**: Melbourne
**Role Type**: Permanent, Fulltime
What will your day look like?
**As an Executive Assistant, you are accountable for**:
Diary management for executives, optimising the use of the executive’s time; anticipating the needs of the executives to meet with particular stakeholders or on key topics; and ensuring executives are well-prepared for meetings
Plan and manage all travel and accommodation for executives, ensuring cost effectiveness and all travel arrangements are within company policy
Manage catering and venue requirements for conferences, meetings and functions hosted by executives, ensuring cost effectiveness
Manage the receipt and payment of invoices
Monitor and report executive expenses to ensure cost effectiveness
Act as central liaison point for communication between executives and direct reports ensuring harmonisation and consistency of information
Field enquiries, proactively manage requests and escalate urgent matters
Provide central co-ordination and 'help desk' services for office administrative and operational services and manage technical equipment requirements
Resolve administration issues by identifying solutions to improve effectiveness and flow of office activities

Experience in providing support at senior levels of an organisation
Demonstrated ability to use initiative. Be proactive by taking action and being persistent in addressing issues
Able to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner
Proven ability to build strong, open and collaborative working relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
