There is an opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager or current Store Manager that have the ability to lead and inspire a sales team.

A genuine love for styling and sales coaching
- Proven success in a Sales/Styling environment, preferably fashion
- A keen interest in fashion trends
- Competitive spirit & motivated by team development
- Ability to coach and lead a team to become great sellers
- Great time management & able to prioritize and multi-task
- Ambitious, currently in a high level management role and wanting to further your development (preferred)
- Proven experience in building a local customer base and working within the community (preferred)
- Previous experience working with traffic counters and conversion results (preferred)
