**About Us**

Study First Group PTY LTD is an Education Consultant based in Melbourne CBD. For over 6 years our objective has been to promote the benefits of international education. Helping international students realise their education project in Australia.

**Position summary**

We are seeking an experienced and qualified multimedia specialist with the ability to develop, implement and optimise the business’s day to day IT systems which include: databases, website, data back-up, and, staff management and scheduling.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least three years of related employment experience.

We're looking for a dynamic and outcomes driven multimedia specialist who can work individually and in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain our websites, overseeing cyber-security and hosting.
- Scope, plan, design, and manage all multimedia, interaction, and motion aspects of projects.
- Development and maintenance of Study First Group’s information systems which include customer, asset and stock databases, purchasing and sales, scheduling, and rostering.
- Analyse the current multimedia trends and data, and make plans for internet strategies and development directions
- Script, design, and develop digital animations.
- Develop, implement, and optimise digital media to attract prospective students.
- Develop plans and buy media for internally managed digital campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Setup, optimisation, daily management, and reporting of Study First’s Group Social Media Lead Generation accounts.

**Successful Applicant will have**:

- Experience and proficiency with visual, interactive, and animation tools.
- Sound working knowledge or Wordpress, CMS and HTML
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Multimedia
- 3 years of experience in the relevant field after qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Outstanding presentation skills to explain ideas, reasons, and recommendations.
- Organisation skills and able to meet deadlines.
Analytical skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
