About the Business:
OCAM 4x4 is a growing company looking for someone to fill the role of Leading 4WD Accessory fitter in our Northlakes store.

About the Role:
An opportunity currently exists for an experienced 4WD & Vehicle Accessory Fitter. You will be responsible for handling the team building, customer service and overseeing all fitting including fitting.

In this position you will be responsible for fitting a large range of accessories to all types of vehicles including but not limited to; bull bars, canopies, battery systems, suspension, fuel tanks, snorkels etc.

This full time position will require:

- Strong team building skills and able to work with others
- Strong time management skills
- Strong ability to grow and create the connection with our customers
- A strong background in automotive accessory fitting for more than 2 years. (Mandatory Workshop Environment Experience only)
- Automotive electrical wiring experience/knowledge is required
- Be able to maintain a clean, organised & safe work place.
- Have good attention to detail
- Experience in a fast-paced, highly active workshop environment
- Strong self-motivation with the desire to succeed
- The ability to work individually without constant direction
- Willingness to learn
- Great communication skills
- Current Manual Drivers License (mandatory)
- Your own personal vehicle as there is no public transport nearby.
- Ability to work in a team and/or unsupervised.
- Hours are: 7:30 to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. O/T may be required on request.
- Saturdays are expected
- Ability to help out in other areas of the company if required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (preferred)
- 4WD fitting at actual workshop: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- qualification such as Mechanic/Auto Electrician (preferred)
- Manual Drivers License (required)
