Engage Construction is looking for a motivated 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice Carpenter to join our team This is an exciting opportunity to develop your carpentry and construction management skills while working closely with our Site Manager on a variety of projects.

**What You’ll Be Learning**:

- Marking out and setting up for construction work
- Organising and liaising with trades to ensure smooth workflow
- Reading and interpreting plans to understand project requirements
- Building sequences and scheduling for efficient project management
- Quality control expectations and how to maintain high standards

**Your duties will include but not be limited to**:

- General onsite labouring tasks
- Assisting trades as required
- Helping keep the site clean and organised
- Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day operations

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3rd or 4th-year apprentice carpenter eager to expand their skills
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Own ute and tools preferred

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
