We are looking for a Refrigeration Technician who will be responsible for safe work practices and ensuring the continual safe running of all of the sites equipment. This will be achieved by ensuring high levels of responsiveness, additional focus on Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and using this information to prioritise maintenance and improvement activities

Role Responsibilities:
- Refrigeration trade qualified with at least certificate III.- Responsible for safe and optimal Maintenance of the sites Ammonia Plant, Freezing equipment such as Hardening tunnels & Ice cream churns (freezers)- Maintenance of assets in Minto ice cream production plant, including the above systems as well as other maintenance tasks across the site.- Preventative/corrective maintenance and resolving breakdowns- Troubleshooting and problem solving with mínimal disruption to production- Identifying and implementing creative improvement solutions to eliminate breakdowns.- Participate in projects- Support Autonomous Maintenance teams

Does this sound like You- Certificate III in Industrial refrigeration.- Strong understanding and hands on experience of maintaining Ammonia plant equipment.- Strong commitment to safety

Desired- Strong understanding and hands on experience of maintaining pneumatic components including cylinders and solenoid valves.- Strong understanding of steam systems.- Knowledge of SAP PM desirable- Working at heights certification desirable- Boiler Attendant Ticket- Knowledge of CMMS- Hands on experience to work on Trade waste Plant equipment..
