Absolute Domestics seeks professional and experienced Spring Cleaner / Bond Cleaner to work as an independent contractor registered with Absolute Domestics. This role is perfect for those who are self-driven and committed to providing a high standard in Bond Cleaning services. You can work alone or team up with a friend.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality spring cleaning and bond cleaning services.
- Accurately quote for various cleaning tasks.
- Adhere to all cleaning standards and client specifications.

**Essential Requirements**:

- **Cleaning Knowledge. **You must have a good understanding of different surfaces, materials, and products. You will encounter many different surfaces, such as marble, natural stone, stainless steel, granite, polished concrete, and timber floors. You need to be able to clean these surfaces confidently without damage.
- **Products and Equipment.** You must supply your own equipment and cleaning products. A good vacuum and mop, step ladder, decent cleaning products, cleaning cloths and scrubbing brushes are required.
- **Quote and Communicate.** You must be confident in quoting the job upon inspecting the property. You must be able to communicate in written and spoken English.
- **Payment. **You must have an ABN, Card Reader to process credit card payments, and a receipt book.
- **Transport. **Must have a reliable car and driver's licence and be willing to travel.
