Great Beginnings Gilles Plains Centre Manager, Ryan is a highly experienced team leader and manager with over 18 years of experience within the early childhood sector, with more than 10 years as part of the G8 Education team. Ryan is a passionate believer that when children establish trusting relationships and connections with educator and care environments, it supports positive emotional well-being and becomes a primary influence for helping them to become confident, individual, and unique learners. Ryan has established a team that are great communicators, patient, cohesive, passionate, and overall strive to exceed learning outcomes for children through quality pedagogical practices. His previous teams have described him as supportive and approachable, and he strongly encourages their personal and professional growth.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 105 children with operating hours from 6.30am to 6.30pm.

**About You**
- You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate
