**My Gateway **has a fantastic opportunity available to join **1st Choice Appliance Rentals** based in Minto. As part of the traineeship, you will complete a **Certificate III in Business.** This position would suit a mature minded applicant who is comfortable providing customer service over the phone and who is willing to learn.

**Duties include**:

- Debt collection
- requested payments from customers
- Account management.
- Collate information and presenting it to approvals team.
- Answering inbound calls.
- Monitoring and answering Live Chat app.
- Be able to get to Minto industrial area.
- Good communication skills.
- Switched on individual.
- Great attitude.
- Honest and reliable.
- Bee able to handle difficult calls.
