**Your New Role**

As the Store Manager for our very first store, you’ll be at the forefront of an exciting new chapter This role is all about bringing our brand to life in-store, ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience while driving the store’s performance to new heights. You’ll lead a high-performing team, manage day-to-day operations, and create a visually stunning environment that reflects our brand values.

In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we interact with customers in-store, make key decisions that impact sales and profitability, and foster a culture that puts the customer first. This is your chance to set the standard for our future retail location

**Your Day to Day**
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team to meet performance goals
- Manage daily store operations, including stock and staffing
- Drive sales and exceed monthly targets and KPIs
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand’s ethos
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
- Foster a positive customer-first culture within the store
- Analyse store performance and identify areas for improvement

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets
- Expertise in visual merchandising and brand representation
- Excellent organisational and operational management abilities
- Experience with retail management systems and data analysis tools
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
