**Position**: Souvlaki & Gyros Assembly Line Staff

**Job Type**: Casual/Part-Time/Full-Time

Mamos Greek Street Food is looking for **skilled and experienced** individuals to join our team We specialize in authentic **Greek souvlaki and gyros**, and we need fast, efficient, and reliable team members to help us serve up fresh, high-quality dishes.

**Job Requirements**:
**Experience in assembling souvlaki and gyros plates** is **mandatory**
Ability to **work quickly and efficiently** in a fast-paced kitchen
**Precision and attention to detail** when preparing food
Excellent **teamwork and communication** skills
Availability for **weeknight and weekend shifts**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assembling **souvlakis, gyros plates, and wraps** to perfection
- **Managing portions** and ensuring food consistency
- Keeping the **assembly line organized and stocked**:

- Maintaining high **food hygiene and safety standards**:

- Working under pressure to ensure **fast service times**

Pay: $24.33 - $31.23 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
