**About the company**:
Evolve Scientific are currently searching for a highly skilled Drafter to join with one of our largest clients, a global leader in the Pharmaceuticals Industry. Our client is looking to bring aboard this highly skilled Drafter for a 6-month contract, with a strong outlook to extend.

Whist the role is based in the CBD, our client requires this Drafter to travel to site at least once a week.

**Reporting to the Associate Director of building operations, this position will be responsible for**:

- Main drafting layouts of piping & instrumentation diagrams.
- Documentation writing.
- Consolidate all drawings - create a drawing folder / structure for storage.
- Create a drawing register for the site based on BMW drafting procedures.
- Determine which drawings should be ‘baseline’ drawings as per BMW drafting procedures.
- Baseline selected drawings (baseline meaning - transfer consultant drawing to our client’s title blocks, new drawing numbers, some re-tagging of equipment, some minor amendments/additions to layouts)
- Mostly, taking existing drawings and outing it on our client’s template.
- Conducting some overlay on existing drawings - no drawing from scratch.
- Working closely with contractors and engineering personnel.
- Utilising AutoCAD as the main tool; Revit may also be used.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a drafting role across Pharmaceuticals, Construction or FMCG/Manufacturing.
- Experience with Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID)
- Must be able to work through end of year (Christmas) shutdown period, this does not include Christmas & Boxing Day public holidays.
