About the Role
Provide a defined range of clinical support tasks for patients relating to components of the medicines management cycle, in line with professional standards with appropriate training, supervision and competency assessment.
Under the delegation of a pharmacist, refer to and liaise with health care providers within the immediate team, as well as community health providers such as community pharmacists and general practitioners.
