BARISTA ALL ROUNDER WANTED

Follow The Leader Cafe is on the hunt for an experienced Barista All Rounder to join our team.

Located in Ripponlea, we pride ourselves on our customer service, attention to detail and a strong focus on creating a fun and fulfilling experience for our customers.

The successful applicant will possess the following:
+ experience with specialty coffee

+ consistent latte art skills

+ be a sociable, outgoing team player

+ be proactive and customer focused

+ be able to develop rapport with regulars
