**As a Support Worker with Advance Nursing, you will**:

- Provide **person-centred care and support** to NDIS participants in their homes or community settings
- Assist with daily living activities including **personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, and household tasks**:

- Support participants to achieve their **NDIS goals** and engage in community and social activities
- Observe, document, and report on client wellbeing, behaviours, and progress
- Foster **independence, inclusion, and emotional wellbeing**:

- Work collaboratively with families, coordinators, and healthcare professionals
- Uphold confidentiality, professional standards, and organisational policies

**What We Are Looking For**:

- **Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent qualification**:

- **Experience** in disability, aged care, or community support (preferred)
- Strong understanding of **NDIS principles**, person-centred care, and safe work practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and patience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care
- Current **NDIS Worker Screening Check**, **Police Check**, and required **immunisations**:

- Valid **driver’s licence** and reliable **vehicle** (preferred)
