**College Canteen Assistant**

Chalkboard Catering is seeking motivated hands-on canteen assistants for our college canteen located in Gisborne, Victoria

**Offering flexible hours and work life balance**

The position will require you to have some experience in a café/ canteen environment.

Your tasks will be preparing and production of menu items, customer service including cash handling, food safety and cleaning, stock control and will assist manager as necessary. Main days Monday, Thursday and Friday.

As this is a secondary college, you must have (or commit to obtaining) a current working with children certificate (E) and food handlers’ certificate.

You must be vaccinated for Covid -19 x (2) and able to provide certificate as a requirement of the Education Department.

You will be directly employed by Chalkboard Catering and will be paid as per Fast Food Modern Industry award 2010. **This position is paid through school terms only and on Public Holidays that fall during school terms (**_**please note you will not be paid during term breaks).**_
