**About the Role**

**Duties**
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals at the appropriate levels to clean dishes
- Clean and maintain sanitation areas and organize cleaning supplies
- Clean the dishwashing machine
- Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing

**Skills & Experience**
- COVID Hygiene Certificate (from Australian Hotels Association)
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia
