Provide onsite accommodation in browns plains: independent unit with its own living room/kitchen/bedroom/bath/carspace, Water & Electricity & Internet all included (worth $290 per week). Refer to:
Caretaker for two townhouse complex(one in eight mile plains, one in browns plains), 23~28 hrs work per week depends on season, tools & equipment provided,Duties include:
1) Gardening (main duty): grass,hedges,plant,shrub,leaves,weeds
- for two townhouse complex
2) Look after the swim pool
3) Clean common area, including gym room, BBQ area...etc and other caretaking routines.
4) Optional: Handyman repairs & other labor work -- if you like to make extra income
**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
