Our employees are recognised for their achievements and offered promotional opportunities on a meritocracy basis within a collegiate and values driven team environment and culture._ - The Society recognises the value of an inclusive work environment and believes that our diversity is a strength in the work we do with our local communities._ **Your Role**: The Senior Corporate Partnerships Coordinator is a permanent, full-time role that involves working with the Corporate Partnerships Manager to drive the strategic delivery of the corporate partnerships and corporate volunteering program. The primary objective is to achieve financial and engagement targets and to increase the corporate profile of SVDP in NSW. **Your Responsibility**: - Assist in driving the Society’s corporate partnerships through prospect research and working with internal stakeholders to develop funding opportunities and strategies that will attract corporate investment; - Develop and manage an engaging annual corporate volunteering program for existing corporate partners and as the program develops, for corporate prospects; - Assist in fundraising events such as the _CEO Sleepout_ and _Hotels Have Hearts_ through recruitment and training of volunteers that support these programs; - Assist in promoting the Society's "Work to Give" workplace giving program through active communication and engagement with corporate partners; develop strategies to encourage their participation in the program. **You Will Need**: - Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, social impact or business. - Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in a Partnerships or Business Development role - Proven relationship management skills and ability to research and develop new opportunities to achieve growth. - Demonstrated initiative and ability to take ownership of projects; work to deadlines in a busy environment. - Demonstrated ability and expertise in supporting corporate partner engagement and fundraising - Current NSW Driver Licence.
