We are seeking a dynamic Innovation Project Coordinator to contribute to our growth by securing grants,
managing project milestones, identifying funding opportunities, and translating innovative ideas into
actionable plans.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Project Management_

Monitor and report project milestones related to grant-funded projects as per the program
agreements.
Develop and maintain project timelines, coordinating with internal teams for successful project
completion as per the project milestones and program agreement.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across diverse teams working on grant-funded projects.
Where applicable, assist with the delivery of project milestones.
- Grant Applications_

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical and financial information for grant
Ensure adherence to grant criteria, guidelines and deadlines as per the specific program funding.
- Reporting_

Prepare detailed progress reports on grant-funded projects.
Prepare other reports as required about DIT AgTech research and development projects.
Analyze data for reporting purposes, showcasing achievements and addressing challenges in a clear
and concise manner.
- Funding Development_

Identify and research potential funding opportunities both within Australia and globally, considering
international markets and emerging trends in agtech and climate tech.
Assist the innovations lead to cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and prospective
funding partners, both domestically and internationally.

Assist the innovations lead to collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for diversifying
funding sources, supporting the company’s international expansion goals.
- Budget Management_

Work closely with the finance team to develop and monitor project budgets for grant-funded
activities related to all areas of innovation within the company, including livestock supplementation,
emissions reduction, and horticulture.
Ensure efficient utilization of grant funds in alignment with budgetary guidelines as per the funding
agreement.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, International Business).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in
a clear and compelling manner is essential.

Strong project management skills, particularly in the context of agricultural related projects.
Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting related to agricultural related projects.
Experience in international markets and business development is highly desirable but not essential.
