**About Aged and Rehabilitation Division**

Subacute services offers specialty inpatient rehabilitation and geriatric evaluation and management, focussing on older people who have reduced functional independence. Aged and Rehabilitation services are represented across all sites within the Monash Health framework.

**About the Role**
- Participate in rostered weekend ward rounds at Kingston Centre and Casey Hospital for new and unwell subacute patients.
- Six hours per weekend, 3 hours each Saturday and Sunday paid with penalty rates.
- Be available to medical colleagues for consultation and liaison as appropriate regarding patient care.
- Provide clinical leadership through active involvement in patient care.
- Contribute to the professional and corporate life in Victoria's largest public health service by participation in appropriate committees and educational platforms.

**What you need**:
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Appropriate health professional tertiary qualifications

Fellowship of the RACS or equivalent

Working with Children's Certificate

Membership with RACS and ASOHNS
