Connect Resources is an industry leading brand in civil construction in QLD, WA and NSW, supplying labour hire to major contractors such as Georgiou, Downer and CPB Contractors.

We are currently looking for Civil Labourers for ongoing work with a company that specialise in civil work in the Telecommunications industry. It is essential that you are physically fit to carry out the duties of this role as you will be working long hours and long swings, in hot and humid conditions. You must be able to pass a pre employment medical and a drug and alcohol screen.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Tasks such as excavation, trenching and equipment pad installation for tower foundations.
- Assisting with occasional concrete pours.
- Laying underground conduit for power supply and data transmission, ensuring proper routing and adherence to specifications.
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on telecommunications equipment and infrastructure
- General site clean up duties as required by the management team

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years prior experience as a Civil Labourer doing FIFO work
- Valid Australian drivers license
- First Aid and CPR Cert

**Qualifications (Desirable/Preferred)**:

- HR/MC Drivers License
- High Risk License (WAH, WP, Dogging, Rigging)
- Tower Rescue
