Signature Care presents an exciting opportunity to shape the service delivery of aged care into the future during a period of significant change.
We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified **Clinical Manager** to work closely with our Residential Manager to oversee the clinical care and leadership of a 125-bed aged care residence.
**About the Role**:
This role provided clinical leadership to the team, oversee the clinical care of our residents and ensure that a high standard of care is maintained.
The successful applicant will have strong communication skills and outstanding clinical knowledge, and you will assist the Residential Manager in managing staff performance and continue to develop and retain a stable and high-quality team of staff.
With a passion for resident care and delivering high standards of clinical-focused service, you will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will bring a capacity to lead and inspire a team of clinical professionals and care workers and act as a passionate mentor to your team.
**Skills & Requirements for the Role**:
- Ideally at least 2+ years experience as a Clinical Manager or within a similar role in a large aged care environment;
- RN qualification with current AHPRA registration;
- Excellent and up to date clinical knowledge and assessment skills;
- Experience in staff supervision and development;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- A working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes;
- Knowledge of Care Planning.
You will also have close support from Operations, Support Services, Quality, HR, Finance, IT and Funding, within this growing national organisation.
